2) What this policy applies to
This policy explains what personal information we collect on the site, why we use it, to whom it is provided, how long it is kept, what your rights are and how they can be exercised – in accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, including expanding the definitions, transparency mechanisms, consent to cookies, rights of data subjects and reporting obligations in security incidents. Exercise of rights: Accessible and rapid mechanism for requests.

4) What information we collect
A. Information you give us
- Contact information from forms “contact”/tenders/offers: name, position/company, phone, email, content of the inquiry, attachments. (Page “Contact” exists on the site). (
B. Automatically collected information
- Online/technical identifiers: address IP, User-Agent, Operating system/browser, language, pages viewed, visit duration, site references, cookie/pixel identifiers, and sometimes generalized location data.
- Cookies/Measuring/Marketing Tools (For example: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Third-party forms, reCAPTCHA) – Will be loaded only after consent, except for necessary cookies. (Full list of suppliers – in section 9).
Note: According to Amendment 13, also technical data and address IP May be considered “Personal information”. (B.R. Ann)
C. Sensitive information
We do not ask for sensitive information (as implied in Amendment 13). If a sensitive item was voluntarily delivered (for example in a file), we will only handle it as necessary to respond to your inquiry and delete it if it is not required. (If your activity involves sensitive collection – this section needs to be updated accordingly).
5) Purposes of processing and legal basis

Responding to inquiries/bids/tenders; Contracting management – Execution of a contract/taking steps before concluding it.
- Site improvement and security (Measurement, troubleshooting, fraud/attack prevention) – Legitimate interest.

Professional mailing/direct marketing (Newsletter, updates, event invitations) – Only subject to-Opt-in and cancellation capability at any time.

Compliance with legal/regulatory obligations (For example, securities/tender/tax law).
All subject to the processing grounds allowed under Amendment 13 (consent, contract, legal obligation, balanced legitimate interest, etc.). (
6. Cookies and consent (CMP)
Upon entering the site, it will be displayed Schema Management Banner (CMP) Allows you to select cookie categories: Necessary (site loading and security), Analytics, Marketing, Functionality.

- Analytics/Marketing Loading Only after express consent; You can change preference at any moment via “Privacy settings”.

This model is in line with the obligation of transparency and agreement on non-essential processing under Amendment 13. (
7) To whom we give information
We share information only as needed and subject to appropriate agreements:

Infrastructure and technology providers: Web hosting/CDN/Security/Backups.

Measurement and marketing tools (Only loaded after consent): Google/Meta/LinkedIn/Mailing systems.

Consultants and service providers: Legal/IT/Cyber/Collection/Accounting.

Competent authorities: By law/order.
When transferring outside Israel we will ensure adequate contractual/other protection mechanisms. (Government of Israel)
.8 Information security and retention
- Reasonable technical/organizational measures: encryption, access controls, separation of environments, monitoring, Least-Privilege, Backups, response procedures.

Saving information: For the time periods necessary for the purposes set (for example: documentation of inquiries – up to __ months; logs – up to __ months; contracts/accounts – under tax/prescription laws). Information will then be deleted/unanimous.

Security event: We will act according to reporting laws – including notifying the authority and notifying data subjects when there is a high risk, within the defined time frames.

14) Policy changes
